Seems the staff had entered the wrong profile under my name so when I sat in the chair the stylist shaved off ALL my hair rather than the trim I have always received. If you are a regular customer be very careful if they enter a profile and you don’t get your regular stylist or you may just end up bald. I’m going somewhere that takes reservations and allows me to see the same person each time. Absolutely horrible feeling when those clippers went right down the center of my head taking all my hair. I don’t plan on going to prison in my life but if that should happen I’ve now got the perfect cut. They did offer to “shine” my bald head with their “legendary” hot towel. I declined and ran for my car.
